This year's Curry and Quiz night will be held on Saturday 24th September. Ringing starts at 5pm, and then on to the village hall for food and the quiz from 6:30pm. Tickets are £7 for Adults for £4 for under 14s. The menu choices this year are for Curry, Shepherd's Pie, or "Vegetarian". Names and choices need to be with Lynda Hall by 19th September.

Following the participation of our young ringers in the National Youth Striking Competition during the Ringing World centenary celebrations in London, we've received this letter:

Congratulations to the Market Deeping Grantham team that rang in the first Ringing World National Youth Contest at St. Saviour's, Pimlico on 26 March 2011. For the test piece they rang 160 Call Changes and came fifth in the Call Change category.
